“Taking personal Training sessions with Shirin was the best decision ever! The first thing that I told her was that I have never lifted weights, and one of the biggest problems I face is consistency! Her understanding of the Foundation of Fitness was solid. She was there with me every step of the way. She would monitor my food intake daily and tweak it when needed. She would push me beyond my comfort zone but well within my safety zone. Initially, I started with weight training and then joined her Yoga course too. Honestly, it is difficult to decide which I enjoy more. In my opinion, she is the best in the field. She simplifies fitness and makes it easy to follow and inculcate as a part of your life. I am hooked. I have so much more energy around. I am a designer, and there have been instances where I am lifting boxes with garments or fabric at my event, and my male counterparts are amazed at my strength and secret for being energetic and active throughout the day.
