Your Retreat Host

Shirin is a Yoga teacher, Fitness Coach and Nutritionist. She belongs to the Lineage Ramtirth Yoga Ashram, a 90-year-old Yoga Institute based in Mumbai. She is the granddaughter of Yoga Acharya Sri Unmesh Chandra Joshi and is the third generation to teach Yoga.
She trains individuals who are based across the globe for her Fitness and Yoga Programs. She also conducts Wellness Retreats across India.
