- For beginner to intermediate-level practitioners who want to start a Yoga Journey, or commit and grow in their Yoga practise
- Classes conducted under the supervision of Shirin
- Modified Postures as per the student’s strength & flexibility
- Integration of Asanas to develop strength and flexibility, Pranayama to control overthinking and relax the mind, and Meditation to connect within.

- 3 Days a Week Live Class
- 12 sessions a Month
- Tues. Thur (6:15 am IST) Sat 8:30 am IST

Our online yoga classes are suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, beginners to experienced. Guided by highly experienced yoga teachers, you will find exciting yoga classes revolving around strengthening the body, flexibility, correct alignment, detox, hamstrings, hip opening, inversions and so much more.
